As soon you have made your first step into a travel career and decided to join the Travel-pa family your journey will begin!

All our systems are web-based which enables us to give you access to our training modules within minutes. You are ready to get going. The self-study modules can be started before your first training session. Don’t worry if you don’t have time to do this. All we ask is that you read the Introduction to travel section.

Our Training Manager will ring to introduce herself and offer you the forthcoming training dates. Your first Head Office training session (based in Croydon) will be four days, three nights. We invite you to join us on two of the evenings for a hosted dinner.

Following on from this course you will work through the modules in your own time. We will arrange for you to return to Head Office for a further two-day cruise training session, a one-day business and marketing planning session and a further follow-up day to cover anything you need further help with.

During your self-study weeks there will plenty of support on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Once you have completed all the modules and residential courses you will be ready to start practicing your quotes. We will help you to find the best deals and offer them to your client.

We will be with you every step of the way.
